COPPER

Copper helps with iron absorption and together they allow the body to produce red blood cells. Copper is also essential for the repair of damaged connective tissue in muscles as well as the collagen in the scaffolding of bones. Studies have also shown there to be a correlation between low copper levels and high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
