COPPER
Copper is an essential trace element that is important for red blood cell production, nervous and immune system maintenance, and energy and collagen production.

Copper helps with iron absorption and together they allow the body to produce red blood cells. Copper is also essential for the repair of damaged connective tissue in muscles as well as the collagen in the scaffolding of bones. Studies have also shown there to be a correlation between low copper levels and high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
