MAGNESIUM

Magnesium is used throughout the body as a cofactor in a variety of enzymatic reactions to help regulate many processes including blood pressure, bone mineral density, and more. Magnesium has also been shown to help prevent the overstimulation of nerve cells leading to healthier brain function and may lessen the chances of depression and migraines. Additionally, studies have shown a positive correlation with magnesium intake and better sleep quality in elders.
